Revalue Sheets

Batch-modify any sheet parameter. Choose the parameter to edit, preview updates per row, use batch rules or an override, then apply to the checked sheets.

1. Select a parameter. Use the dropdown (e.g., Approved By) to choose which sheet parameter you are updating.
2. Optional context columns. Click Add Parameters to display additional sheet parameters as read-only columns in the grid. Right-click a parameter header to remove it.
3. Select sheets. Check the rows you want to modify. The grid includes:
   • [Selected Parameter]: current value (e.g., Approved By).
   • Updated Value: live preview after applying rules/override.
   • Write Value: optional per-row manual entry.
   • Sheet Number and Sheet Name for reference.
4. Compose the new values.
   • Direct edit: Type a value in Write Value for a specific row.
   • Batch Rename: Set Prefix/Suffix or Find/Replace With to transform all checked rows.
   • Override Value: Enter a single value to apply to all checked rows for the selected parameter (e.g., APPROVER).
5. Apply. Click ReValue Selected to write the updated values to the selected sheets.
