Levels Match

Match the level presentation (visible levels, head sides, extents) from a source view to multiple target views. Keep this window open and continue interacting with Revit-pan/zoom, change selections, or undo-then run it again as needed.

Match Levels dialog with a Source View dropdown and a checklist of target views; demonstrates copying level presentation
  1. Choose the source view. Pick the view whose level presentation you want to copy (e.g., Elevation East).
  2. Select views to match. Use the search box to filter, then check the views that should adopt the source view's level presentation.
  3. Match. Click Match to apply the source view's level visibility, head sides, and level extents to all checked views.
  4. Review and repeat. Inspect the results in Revit. Adjust the selection and click Match again if needed.

Notes: Only view presentation is changed; level elements are not moved in the model. Results are view-specific and respect each view's orientation and scale.
